Chief Innovation Officer Monica Tarant and Scooter the Neutered Cat joined Pawsitive Ohio’s cat-only adoption event on September 20. Based in North Canton, OH, Pawsitive Ohio works to expand low-cost spay/neuter access, host adoption events, and provide education on fostering, adoption, breed discrimination, and reducing the homeless pet population.
