Scooter Attends “Bow Meow Luau” in Georgia to Help Raise Funds for Spay/Neuter
Scooter the Neutered Cat had a great time in Newnan, GA at the Bow Meow Luau event. Held on June 8, 2024 at Abride Brewing Company’s Paws for Pints, the luau-themed party benefitted the H.E.L.P. Spay/Neuter Clinic and their efforts to help tackle the pet overpopulation crisis. Since 2010, H.E.L.P. has performed more than 76,000 spay/neuter surgeries in Coweta County. Scooter Travels to Muscatine, Iowa to Help Raise Funds for TNR Program
Give Them Ten and Scooter the Neutered Cat hit the road and traveled all the way to Iowa to help It Takes a Village Animal Rescue raise funds for their Trap Neuter Return (TNR) program. With stray cat populations on the rise all over the country, it’s important to get the word out about how TNR benefits both cats and communities. Give Them Ten Presents “The Power of Coalitions” at Indiana Welfare Conference
Pet Friendly Services of Indiana hosted their annual Indiana Welfare Conference on April 13, 2024. The conference brought animal shelters, rescue groups, elected officials and veterinary clinics together for a day of learning and networking. Scooter Attends Boone County Animal Shelter Ribbon-Cutting
Scooter the Neutered Cat attended the ribbon-cutting for the new Boone County Animal Shelter on March 16. After 10 years of planning and construction, this amazing multi-million facility is now open to help house more homeless pets in Northern Kentucky. This includes a room dedicated to housing 24 adoptable cats with individual kennels complete with “catios” or cat patios where cats can enjoy fresh air safely outside.
