We’re on a mission to create more cat-caring communities. With your help, we can reach more audiences and save more cat lives.

By becoming a Give Them Ten™ licensee, you’ll get the tools and assistance you need to help change peoples’ behaviors, increase spaying/neutering and promote the more humane treatment of cats. 

Who's Eligible?

Verified shelters, rescues or charitable groups dedicated to feline welfare are welcome to apply. For a small fee of $100, your organization can become a licensed member and receive access to:
  • Scooter the Neutered Cat™, the original cool cat behind our movement, with It’s Hip to Be Snipped™ tactics to promote spay and neuter.
  • A wealth of additional campaign work for broadcast, outdoor, social media and more.
  • Custom strategic assistance to help reach audiences in your community.

Bring Scooter to Your Town

Check out Scooter’s debut in Iowa. It Takes a Village Rescue & Resources became a licensed Give Them Ten member, and invited Scooter to throw out the first pitch at their “All Strikes & No Balls” event promoting the importance of spaying and neutering pets.
